Alan Trower and George Collie took on the job of chopping out the trees near the neighobourhood centre this morning. The trees had been pruned to allow the electrician to install the cable across to the San Remo Community Mens Shed from the San Remo Neighbourhood Centre.
However, this cabling left the wires accessible from the stumps and presented a danger to anyone silly enough to climb up on the stumps, reach out and touch the wires.
To prevent any possible injury or vandalism, Alan & George took on the task of making it safe.After watching George at work, we are thinking of entering him in the chainsaw competition at the RAS this easter.
